Job Description:
Full job descriptionCatch 22 are working with a leading property management organisation to recruit an Assistant Building Manager for a prestigious commercial office development based near Trafford.
Working alongside the Senior Building Manager, you’ll help deliver exceptional facilities management, contractor performance, tenant engagement and health & safety compliance across the estate.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing hard and soft service contractors
*Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities
*Building strong relationships with occupiers and tenants
*Conducting site inspections and health & safety audits
*Assisting with budgets, service charges and supplier performance reviews
*Supporting projects and minor works across the site
What We’re Looking For
*Facilities Management experience within a commercial environment
*IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
*Good understanding of contractor management
*Knowledge of hard and soft FM services
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
Role details
*£32,000 salary
*Bonus scheme
*Monday to Friday
