Full job descriptionOur client is a well-established and growing landscaping company delivering high-quality projects across the South East. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our landscaping team and play a key role in delivering premium work.
You will be responsible for leading on-site landscaping projects, managing a small team, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and within specification.

Key Responsibilities*Supervising and leading a team on-site
*Delivering both hard and soft landscaping projects, including:
*Paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, resin driveways
*Turfing, planting, groundwork, operation of construction plant
*Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
*Ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines
*Managing materials, tools, and day-to-day site organisation
*Maintaining high health & safety standards
*Liaising with clients and management
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members


About You*Proven landscaping experience with supervisory or team leader background
*Strong all-round knowledge of landscaping (hard & soft)
*Ability to read and work from plans
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Plant operating tickets


Desirable (but not essential)*CSCS card
*Relevant landscaping or horticultural qualifications
*Digger ticket
*First Aid / H&S awareness
