Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
Location: Dartford
Working pattern: Office based
What you’ll be doing
*Building your own desk through proactive client engagement and new business development
*Speaking with commercial clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions
*Managing your pipeline and following up on enquiries to convert new business
*Working closely with experienced handlers and executives to develop your technical knowledge
*Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance throughout
*Growing into a fully rounded commercial insurance professional over time

*At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a sales environment
*A natural communicator - confident on the phone and great with people
*Driven, ambitious and motivated by results
