Hours: 16–40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, no weekends
Friday Finish: 3pm

A leading organisation is looking for B2B Telephone Research & Survey Executives to join its friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, call handling or telephone-based roles.
Full training is provided.
The Role
As a Telephone Research & Survey Executive, you will:
*Conduct business-to-business telephone research
*Speak with professionals and business decision-makers
*Complete telephone surveys and structured questionnaires
*Gather customer feedback, opinions and market information
*Accurately record information on internal systems
*Maintain a professional and engaging approach during every conversation
This is a research and customer engagement role, not a sales position.
About You
We’re looking for people who are:
*Friendly, confident and professional
*Comfortable speaking on the telephone
*Good listeners with strong communication skills
*Accurate and detail-oriented
*Reliable and positive
*Comfortable speaking with business professionals
*Experienced in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, call centres or telephone-based roles — desirable but not essential
What’s on Offer?
*£12.71 per hour / £26,500 starting salary pro rata
*Bonus opportunities of up to £2,500 per year following induction
*OTE of approximately £29,000
*16–40 hours per week with flexible options
