Key requirements of this Store Manager role -
*Having experience as Store Manager within fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail.
*Ideally having experience in larger or destination shopping locations.
*A strong customer-first mindset with experience in a consultative or one-to-one selling environment.
*Excellent operational management skills, including stock accuracy and loss prevention.
*A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
*Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store profitability.
*Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
