We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join a leading organisation delivering adult healthcare services. This national role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence clinical practice and education on a UK-wide scale.

The Role
*Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes across adult services
*Support, mentor, and develop clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and best practice
*Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
*Undertake national travel as required, alongside remote working
*
Requirements
*Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
*Experience working within adult services
*A training or teaching qualification is desirable, or proven experience in a similar clinical education / practice development role
*Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
*Willingness to travel nationally
