Our client is a well-established law firm serving businesses and individuals across Buckingham and the surrounding area. Its Commercial Property team advises a diverse portfolio of investors, developers, landlords and occupiers on a broad range of real estate matters. The firm combines high professional standards with a collaborative, approachable and supportive culture.

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Buckinghamshire. The position offers exposure to a varied commercial property workload, regular client contact and scope to play an active part in the team’s continued development. The successful applicant will oversee transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing clear and commercially focused advice throughout.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases and property finance
*Act for investors, developers, landlords and commercial occupiers on a range of property transactions
*Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on commercial property issues
*Draft and negotiate commercial leases, agreements for lease, licences and other transactional documentation
*Conduct due diligence including title investigations, searches and reporting to clients and lenders
*Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals to ensure transactions progress efficiently
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, firm policies and professional standards
*Maintain and develop strong client relationships while delivering excellent client service
*Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments including corporate and finance teams
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Strong understanding of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy
*Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
*Experience using case management systems and legal software
