Full job descriptionEvoke Staffing is expanding — and we’re searching for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to thrive in high-volume manufacturing and warehousing temp recruitment. If you love fast-paced days, tight turnarounds, and delivering for clients who rely on you, this is your next move.
No two days are the same. You’ll run a busy temp desk, build strong client relationships, and keep operations smooth, compliant, and commercially sharp.
Role: Senior Recruiter – Evoke Staffing (Shepton Mallet)
Salary: From £28,000 pa + realistic OTE £40,000+
Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 (flexibility during peak periods) rotational weekly on-call.
Duties:
*Running high-volume temp recruitment across manufacturing & warehousing.
*Sourcing and onboarding candidates at speed.
*Managing daily bookings, check-ins, and shift coordination.
*Building client & candidate relationships that drive repeat business.
*Ensuring compliance across RTW, AWR, and documentation.
