Job title: Inbound Sales Executive
Location: Warrington
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days on-site and 3 days working from
home)
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £26,500 per annum + commission (OTE: £38,000)


Job responsibilities:
*Taking inbound calls and responding to online enquiries,understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriatelyto make a sale
*Conduct calls in line with company call quality framework
*Identifying and acting on selling, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
*Delivering outstanding customer service
*Maintaining and developing a rapport with existing and new customers via telephone calls and online
*Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
*Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet /exceed company targets and personal KPIs
* Managing own pipeline of opportunities to close
*Responding to leads in a timely manner


What we are looking for:
*Driven, ambitious, with proven sales experience in telephone sales, in a fast-paced environment. Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience
*Outstanding customer focus
*Accurate keyboard skills and previous experience of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
*Excellent attention to detail
*A professional telephone manner
*A target-driven, dynamic approach
*Ability to deliver a high level of customer care
*Ability to work on own initiative and also be an excellent team player
