Our client are a market leading business within their industry, working with a wide range of B2B Customer ranging from global corporates, through to SME organisations. Following a period of sustained growth they are looking for a new Customer Relationship Manager to be a point of contact for a number of assigned accounts from a service perspective
Description
*Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues and signposting internally.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
*Monitor and track client accounts, ensuring all services are provided as agreed.
*Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and offer additional services.
*Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance.
*Handle client feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service delivery.
*Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high standards of support.
*Create and present reports to both customers and internal stakeholders based on service performance
Profile
*Experience in a service driven role
*Previous experience of managing B2B Customers
*Excellent communicator both written and verbal
*Strong stakeholder engagement
