Widely renowned Civil Litigation practice in the heart of Liverpool has a very exciting opening for a confident and experienced Solicitor (or Litigator) to join its established Housing Disrepair team.
The firm are recognized across the region for the variety of their high quality work and providing an outstanding service to clients in a truly client focused manner.
Your new role will see you focusing on a Housing Disrepair caseload from introduction of the claims right through to settlement or trial, you will also be invited to act on a small number of other instructions of your choice. You should be a confident Litigator, experienced in handling your own litigated caseload and have seen a claim through the entire life cycle. It is essential for the development of the team that you are a confident autonomous litigator with a sound knowledge and understanding of the litigation process.
