An independent property company are seeking an experienced Property Manager to help oversee a local residential lettings portfolio: providing exceptional service, managing issues efficiently, and supporting landlords and tenants across Kent.
This role requires strong communication skills, a calm approach to problem solving, and solid understanding of property management processes.
Previous experience in property management is essential!

*Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
*Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
*Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.

*Previous residential property management experience (essential).
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
*Confident telephone manner with a positive, professional attitude.
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Knowledge of the local area (advantageous).
*Full UK driving licence.
*Self-motivated and professional approach.
