Hybrid working 3 days onsite
A forward-thinking UK higher-education organisation is looking for a CRM Officer to join a collaborative marketing team and help deliver data-driven, insight-led CRM activity. This is a permanent role with hybrid working (approx. 60% campus-based)
You’ll play a key part in planning and delivering CRM communications and campaigns, working across the full lifecycle from audience selection and data preparation through to testing, deployment, performance reporting and continuous optimisation.
What you’ll be doing*Supporting CRM programmes and end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, testing and implementation
*Preparing and segmenting customer data for targeted marketing activity
*Delivering effective B2C and B2B digital CRM communications
*Using large datasets to analyse performance and identify actionable insights
*Building dashboards and reporting to measure and communicate KPIs, evaluate markets/products and drive decision-making
*Working within an agile team, including supporting the introduction of a new system and/or marketing strategy
*Handling complex queries with sound judgement, escalating risks appropriately, and delivering a high standard of customer service
What we’re looking for*Proven experience running CRM campaigns and understanding CRM principles and channels
*Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar)
*Strong analytical skills—able to turn data into clear, actionable insight
*Confidence producing performance reporting and dashboards (KPIs, trends, outcomes)
*Clear communication and strong stakeholder management
