The Opportunity
Here’s your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Regional Account Manager.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client sites across the Eastern region, leading and supporting on-site teams to deliver outstanding service, operational excellence and commercial success. You’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring we consistently meet workforce demands while maintaining high standards of compliance, colleague engagement and performance.
We’re looking for a confident leader who thrives on building relationships, solving problems and developing people. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and using data to drive performance improvements across your region.
What you’ll do as a Regional Account Manager
This role is all about leading teams, developing client partnerships and delivering results. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your sites perform at their very best while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Below is just a selection of what you can expect:
*Leading, coaching and developing teams across multiple client sites to deliver outstanding performance and service levels.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary escalation and strategic contact.
*Driving a culture of trust, respect, accountability and continuous improvement across your region.
*Supporting site teams to achieve KPIs relating to fulfilment, retention, attendance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
*Using operational and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, implementing action plans where required.
*Ensuring all sites operate in line with Staffline policies, procedures and legislative requirements, including Right to Work, AWR and National Minimum Wage regulations.
*Conducting regular site reviews, audits and performance meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders.
*Supporting workforce planning and forecasting activities to ensure clients receive the right people at the right time.
*Managing escalations, resolving issues quickly and effectively while maintaining excellent client relationships.
*Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen client partnerships.
*Supporting recruitment, succession planning and talent development within your teams.
*Working collaboratively with operational, sales and support functions to deliver business objectives and exceptional customer outcomes.

*Previous experience within recruitment, workforce management or a client-facing operational leadership role.
*Experience managing multiple sites, accounts or teams within a fast-paced environment.
*Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
*Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
*Confidence in analysing and presenting data to support decision-making and drive results.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple locations.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing change.
*A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across your region.
