Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our friendly and supportive team based in Warrington.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a low-volume, high-value ledger environment, where relationship building and attention to detail are key to success.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts.
*Proactively collecting outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
*Resolving queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
*Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer accounts.
*Maintaining accurate account records and documentation.
*Producing debtor reports and updating management on collection activities.
*Working closely with internal departments to ensure efficient account management.

About You
*Previous experience in a Credit Control role is essential.
*Experience managing a low-volume, high-value ledger is desirable.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
*Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach.
*Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy office environment.
*Good attention to detail and strong administration skills.
