Full job descriptionCustoms Compliance Senior Specialist - 12 months - Hybrid - North London
We’re seeking a Customs Compliance Senior Specialist to support our UK-based US Customs Compliance team. This role combines compliance, operations, reporting, and stakeholder management to help ensure the smooth and compliant import of merchandise into the US.
Key responsibilities:
*Support and oversee third-party Trade Compliance providers.
*Monitor KPIs, workflows, and compliance performance.
*Investigate and resolve import clearance issues.
*Produce reports, analytics, and process improvement recommendations.
*Maintain procedures, training materials, and compliance guidance.
*Support billing administration, project work, and stakeholder communications.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in Customs Compliance, Trade Compliance, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
*Strong organisational, administrative, and analytical skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
*A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
