About the Role:
As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning and create a positive, engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, providing targeted one-to-one and small-group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs, and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school day.

*Classroom Assistant
*Location: Gloucester
*Pay: £90-£105 per day
*Hours: Full-time, 8:30am-3:30pm
*Start Date:ASAP
*Setting:Mainstream Primary School
*DBS Requirements: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities of a Classroom Assistant:
*Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
*Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN
*Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
*Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines
