Full job descriptionWe are looking for a highly connected, commercially driven music industry professional to join a leading independent Neighbouring Rights agency.
This is not a traditional sales role. We’re seeking someone with an established reputation and strong network across artists, managers, labels, distributors, publishers, lawyers and rights holders.
You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships and onboard artists, labels and rights holders. You’ll also represent the business at industry events, conferences, showcases and meetings, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.


About You
*Established and respected network across the music industry, with new business successes
*Experience in business development, A&R, label relations, artist management, Neighbouring Rights or music publishing
*Proven track record of generating opportunities, negotiating partnerships and closing deals
*Strong understanding of Neighbouring Rights, royalties, collection societies and the recorded music ecosystem
*Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills
*Commercially minded, self-motivated and highly organised
*Confident representing a business with senior industry executives
*Passionate about music and helping rights holders maximise the value of their catalogues
