Full job descriptionRecruit UK is supporting a well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for an IFA Administrator to join their Farnham office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in financial planning to build on their experience, working closely with advisers and colleagues to deliver a real client-focused service.
This IFA Administrator position would suit someone who enjoys variety, isn’t afraid to question how things are done, and wants to keep developing their technical knowledge across investments and pensions. You’ll be onboarding new clients, supporting existing ones, and playing an active part in team and business projects along the way.
Responsibilities Include:
*Onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients through their service journey
*Building great working relationships with colleagues, clients and advisers within your team
*Communicating with clients and advisers via phone, email and other channels
*Contributing positively to team morale and ways of working
*Getting involved in wider business projects as they arise

Requirements:
*A minimum of 1 year within IFA Administration or supporting financial advisers
*Knowledge of investment products including ISAs, GIAs, pensions and bonds
*Experience using a CRM system
