Salary: £80,000 - £105,000 + Benefits Package
About the Role
We’re working with a leading global consultancy seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join a growing team supporting major organisations across the Energy, Utilities and wider Resources sector.
This is an opportunity to lead complex security engagements, helping clients strengthen resilience, manage cyber risk and deliver large-scale security transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, provide strategic security advice and play a key role in shaping security programmes across critical infrastructure environments.
What You’ll Be Doing *Leading cyber security projects and transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.
*Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.
*Conducting security assessments, risk reviews and governance workshops.
*Advising clients on cyber strategy, risk management, security operations, OT security and identity security.
*Supporting the design and implementation of security frameworks, controls and governance models.
*Identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting business development activities.
*Leading and mentoring consultants across multiple project teams.
*Contributing to thought leadership and industry-focused security initiatives.
What We’re Looking For *Strong cyber security consulting, advisory or transformation delivery experience.
*Experience working with Energy, Utilities, Resources, Manufacturing or Critical National Infrastructure organisations.
*Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, NIS or CAF.
*Expertise across one or more areas including OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, Cyber Strategy or Risk Management.
*Ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex client engagements.
*Experience supporting bids, proposals and account growth activities.
*Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar would be advantageous.
