The Role:


You’ll be speaking with customers who have expressed an interest in life insurance and protection products, helping them understand their options and guiding them towards suitable solutions.
Working in a high energy, supportive team environment, you’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you maximise your success.


What You’ll Be Doing:


• Speaking with customers who have requested protection information
• Building rapport and understanding individual circumstances
• Explaining available protection options in a clear and professional manner
• Converting enquiries into successful sales
• Managing your own pipeline and follow up activity
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process


Who We’re Looking For:

You should possess:
• Excellent communication skills

• Confidence speaking to customers over the phone
• Strong objection handling abilities
• A willingness to learn and develop
• The motivation to exceed targets and maximise earnings
Previous protection or insurance experience is helpful but not essential.


Salary & Benefits:


• Basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000

Working Hours:


• Monday to Thursday between 9:00am and 7:00pm (rota basis)
• Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
