Full job descriptionCollins Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading and ambitious independent property business in Central London to recruit a Social Media Content Creator & Videographer.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded content professional to take ownership of the brand’s social media content, bringing its properties, people and London neighbourhoods to life.
The Role:
*Creating, filming and editing engaging short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
*Producing property tours, agent-led content, neighbourhood features and behind-the-scenes content
*Managing the social media content calendar, publishing and community engagement
*Creating supporting photography, graphics, captions and scripts
*Monitoring trends and developing fresh, original content ideas
*Tracking social performance and providing insights to help drive growth and enquiries
*Working closely with agents and senior colleagues, including directing on-camera contributors
About You:
*Strong portfolio/showreel of social-first video content
*Excellent filming, editing and storytelling skills
*Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
*Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
*Excellent written communication and attention to detail
*A creative, organised and commercially focused approach
*Confidence working with people on camera
*Property, interiors, hospitality or lifestyle experience would be advantageous
The Offer:
*£27,000–£32,000 pro rata, depending on experience
*34 hours per week
*Permanent, part-time position
*Central London, with regular travel across Greater London
*Flexibility for remote planning/editing by agreement
*Apple MacBook Pro and professional filming equipment provided
