*Salary: £35,000 OTE circa £47,000+ (uncapped)
*Location: York City Centre
*Job Type: 6-month FTC, potential to go permanent
*Working Hours: Shift rotation, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (UK Market) or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (covering the US market can work from home)
We are currently hiring for 2 Customer Engagement Executives who will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting commercial growth across both the UK and US markets. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, customer service and are looking for an opportunity to influence customer loyalty and enhance business performance.
All leads will be warm and will be project based.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver outbound call activity through targeted CRM campaigns across the UK and US markets.
*Build meaningful customer relationships that increase engagement, loyalty, repeat bookings, and post-travel retention.
*Support conversion and revenue growth through proactive, customer-focused conversations.
*Maintain accurate customer records, campaign outcomes, and insights within company systems.
*Provide feedback and campaign insights to support CRM optimisation and continuous improvement.
*Engage customers at key stages of their journey, including lapsed customers, previous bookers, and customers returning from a tour.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer engagement.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting meaningful and personalised conversations.
*A real passion for travel.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to different campaign objectives and customer audiences.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
*A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Flexibility to work in shift rotations, covering early and late shifts as required.
