The Role – Private Client Law
Manage your own varied caseload, including:
*Probate and estate administration
*Wills and estate planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Trusts, succession planning & inheritance tax advice
Strong paralegal and admin support allows focus on technical work and client care.
Your Profile
*Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ yrs PQE considered)
*Experience in wills, probate and estate planning
*STEP qualification supported if you are not a Member already
*Strong client-facing and organisational skills
*Open to full-time or part-time working
