We’re looking for a Recruitment Account Co-ordinator to join our team, supporting key client accounts and playing a vital role in delivering outstanding recruitment and workforce solutions.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is ready to move into a more customer-facing recruitment role, where no two days are the same.

The RoleAs a Recruitment Account Co-ordinator, you’ll be the link between our clients, candidates and internal teams, ensuring a professional and efficient service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities*Manage recruitment administration and candidate records with a high level of accuracy.
*Support recruitment activity, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
*Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication.
*Provide on-site support to clients when required, delivering site inductions and conducting drug and alcohol tests.
*Co-ordinate workforce requirements and help clients meet their staffing needs.
*Process weekly payroll information and ensure deadlines are met.
*Maintain compliance with recruitment legislation, company policies and client requirements.
*Use recruitment systems and databases effectively to manage workload and candidate activity.
*Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and candidates alike.
RequirementsWe’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
*Strong administration experience and excellent organisational skills.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
*The ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A proactive and customer-focused approach.
*Confidence in building relationships with clients and candidates.
*Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right person.
This role can be based at our Tiverton, Exeter or Barnstaple branch.
