Full job description Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive full time Social Inclusion Worker to join our friendly and dedicated staff team in Liverpool, Merseyside supporting individuals with mental health needs.
Your role will include:
*Using early intervention techniques and support provisions to provide a safety net to those we support
*Encouraging service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside the cafe
*Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users enabling them to enjoy their time at the cafe to the fullest
*Providing a range of focused group and 1:1 support
A minimum of 1 years’ experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential for this role.
