£45k OTE
We are looking for a Children’s Home Deputy Manager to join Children’s Home operating as a Solo Unit located in Hackney London E8
The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people who have EBD and complex needs.
This is a growing Organisation who want to progress their staff hence a great training schedule.
Deputy Manager Salary and Benefits
*£15.50-£18 per hour plus sleep ins when required (£42k)
*Working hours will include 3 x Admin days (9am-5pm) 2 x shifts (12.5 hours) plus on call duties (1 week per month)which will increase salary by £3.3k
*Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer.
*Ongoing training and development including the opportunity to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
*Opportunity to work flexible hours.
*Generous holiday entitlement.
*Workplace pension.
*Genuine opportunity for progression into a Children’s Home Registered Manager position.
Deputy Manager Requirements
*Recent experience working either as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home.
*Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
*Level 5 Leadership and Management (preferred)
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*You will be required to be flexible in your hours supporting the children the staff and the Manager
