Job Purpose
The Agent Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with recruitment agents to ensure high-quality student applications, improved conversion rates, and strong alignment with targets. This role will act as the primary point of contact for agents on all matters relating to admissions, finance, and operational support.
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Agent Sourcing and Expansion
*Identify, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment agents to diversify and strengthen the student recruitment pipeline.
*Conduct due diligence and performance assessments for prospective partners to ensure compliance and quality.
Agent Relationship Management
*Regularly check in with agents via phone, email, and scheduled visits to their offices.
*Host agents at FSB campuses for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and tours.
*Maintain professional and productive relationships with all recruitment partners.
*Provide agents training on company, courses, entry requirements and etc
Performance Monitoring
*Track and monitor agent performance against agreed recruitment targets.
*Prepare regular performance reports highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
*Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding agent performance and contract reviews.
Admissions and Finance Support
*Serve as the first point of contact for agents regarding application processes, document submissions, and offer issuance.
*Liaise with Finance to ensure agent commission queries and payments are processed efficiently.
*Resolve any issues raised by agents promptly, maintaining high levels of service and professionalism.
Operational and Strategic Support
*Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging and streamlined processes.
*Support recruitment events, open days, and agent training sessions to promote FSB programmes.
*Provide insight into market trends, agent feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Person Specification
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
*Competence in data analysis and performance monitoring.
*Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and meet deadlines
*Flexibility to travel domestically and, where required
*A professional and customer-focused approach
*Excellent customer service skills
*Be available to attend regular open days on some weekends and evenings.
