Join a Leading Manufacturing TeamTime Recruitment is currently recruiting 2 General Operatives for a well-established manufacturing business based in Leyland, Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a busy production environment, working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

The RoleWorking on the paint line, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products move through the manufacturing cycle efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities*Loading products onto the paint line.
*Unloading finished products from the paint line.
*Safely handling materials throughout the production process.
*Supporting production targets and operational efficiency.
*Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
*Adhering to all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
*Working effectively as part of a production team.
What We’re Looking For*Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
*Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
*Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Ability to work well within a team.
Essential RequirementsDue to the rotating shift pattern and limited public transport options during start and finish times, applicants must:
*Hold a valid UK driving licence.
*Have access to their own vehicle.
*Be available to work both shift patterns on a rotating basis.
Working HoursRotating Weekly Shifts
*6:00am - 2:00pm
*2:00pm - 10:00pm
Applicants must be able to work both shifts.
