C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA & Office Manager for a high-growth Venture Capital firm based in Central London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive EA & Office Manager to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investment environment, offering significant progression, exposure to senior stakeholders, hybrid working, and the chance to develop beyond a traditional Executive Assistant role into operations, investor relations and business improvement projects.

Position: EA & Office Manager supporting a team of senior Partners and acting as the key operational presence within a growing Venture Capital business
Salary: £55000 - £65000
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this EA & Office Manager position:
• Acting as the primary in-office support and key point of contact across the business
• Managing the day-to-day running of the London office and ensuring smooth office operations
• Supporting senior Partners with Executive Assistant responsibilities as required
• Coordinating meetings, visitors, suppliers and office logistics
• Supporting operational projects and helping introduce structure and scalable processes
• Assisting with investor relations and fundraising administration
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, systems and efficiencies
• Supporting wider business initiatives and contributing to operational excellence
• Building strong relationships across the team and external stakeholders
• Helping maintain a collaborative, professional and positive office environment
What background and experience are the company looking for?
• Previous experience as an EA & Office Manager
• Experience within Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Services or another fast-paced environment is highly desirable
• Exceptional organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to take ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy and ever-changing environment
• Commercial awareness and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills and professional judgement
• Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions
• Interest in AI, systems improvement, automation and process optimisation would be highly beneficial
