This is a varied role supporting the production and manufacturing of a range of high-quality products used across different sectors and industries.
Experience using power tools is essential for this position.
Own transport is essential due to the location.


Factory Operative – Temp to Perm (for the right candidate)
Location: Outskirts of Reading
Pay: £13.00/hour (increase after successful 3-month probation)
Overtime: £19.50/hour
Start: Immediate
Hours:
*Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
*Friday: 08:00–15:30
Main Duties:
*Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations
*Work with a variety of materials and products
*Confidently use power tools and equipment
*Operate and maintain machinery (full training provided where required)
*Cut, assemble and handle products and materials
*Manage stock and incoming materials
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*Follow all health & safety procedures
Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience using power tools is essential
*Experience within a manufacturing, factory, production, construction, carpentry or similar environment
*Good attention to detail
*Experience operating machinery would be advantageous
*Reliable, hands-on and willing to learn
*Must have own transport due to the location
