Duties:
*Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
*Preparing and selling service and repair work to customers
*Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
*Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
*Maintaining accurate documentation and vehicle history records
*Promoting additional products and services to maximise earning potential
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
*Professional attitude with a focus on delivering quality service
*Full UK driving licence
