Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated MOT Tester to join a well-established automotive service centre located in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to become part of a reputable company that values its employees and encourages career development. The successful MOT Tester will play a key role in maintaining vehicle safety and compliance, offering a steady work environment with career progression opportunities.

Benefits:
*Competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £38,000
*Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 5pm
*One in four Saturdays (8.30am to 5pm), with a weekday off in lieu
*Flexibility to work additional Saturdays if desired

Duties of a MOT Tester:
*Conduct MOT inspections in line with industry regulations and standards
*Ensure vehicles satisfy safety and road-worthiness requirements through thorough testing
*Maintain precise records of inspections and repairs performed
*Clearly communicate findings to customers and provide technical advice
*Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
*Support team efforts to deliver excellent customer service and vehicle care
Requirements of a MOT Tester:
*Valid MOT Tester certification
*Proven experience performing MOT tests to industry standards
*Sound knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle safety regulations
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
*Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
