Full job descriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Aftersales Services Executive to join their dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility in Brent Cross, North West London. *Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on experience
*Monday to Friday work pattern, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
*Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Duties of the Aftersales Services Executive include:
*Managing client relationships by providing a professional and welcoming experience
*Handling client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
*Coordinating servicing, maintenance, and repair bookings from initial consultation through to completion
*Providing clients with clear, timely updates on vehicle progress
*Building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*Managing workshop communications, liaising with technicians regarding vehicle requirements
*Preparing and maintaining job cards, estimates, and relevant documentation
*Coordinating parts requirements, tracking parts availability and delivery
*Assisting with warranty administration, including claim submissions and documentation
*Preparing and processing customer and warranty invoices accurately
*Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, vehicle history, and workshop activities
*Supporting the team with operational and administrative functions as required
Requirements of the Aftersales Services Executive:
*Previous experience in automotive aftersales, service coordination, or workshop administration
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
*Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and professional approach
*Automotive credentials or experience with warranty procedures is desirable but not essential
*Familiarity with vehicle workshop processes and parts coordination is advantageous
