Full job descriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Service Supervisor at a reputable dealership in Brentwood, Essex. This is an excellent Service Supervisor opportunity for a professional seeking to lead a dedicated service team within a dynamic environment committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful Service Supervisor will play a key role in driving operational excellence and managing team performance to achieve dealership targets.

Benefits:
*Competitive salary of £36,000 to £40,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £46,000 including bonuses and incentives
*Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Duties of a Service Supervisor:
*Lead and motivate the service team to consistently achieve high standards of performance
*Oversee daily operations including scheduling, workflow management, and compliance with dealership policies
*Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue while maintaining excellent customer service
*Build strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
*Ensure accuracy in processing payments and reconcile daily financial reports as a Service Supervisor
*Develop training programmes to improve team skills and technical knowledge
*Monitor service quality metrics, gather customer feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the automotive industry
*Strong mechanical knowledge and technical understanding of vehicle systems
*Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
*Experience in upselling and increasing revenue streams
*Ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently
*Exceptional communication skills and a proactive leadership style
