*Provide clear, practical advice and training to staff on health and safety practices.
*Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending preventative measures.
*Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports.
*Work closely with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
*Ensure all safety equipment is regularly checked and maintained.

Profile
A successful Health and Safety Advisor should have:
*Experience in health and safety roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
*A strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
*Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
*Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with staff at all levels.
*A proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety risks.
*Attention to detail and organisational skills for maintaining accurate records.
