Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Conveyancer looking for greater flexibility without sacrificing the stability of an established firm?

*Real ownership of your conveyancing caseload
You’ll independently manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload, typically around 50–60 active files, taking matters from instruction through to completion while delivering an approachable and professional service to clients.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in a small team while confidently managing your own workload and priorities.
You’ll need:
*Strong residential conveyancing experience
*Confidence running files from start to finish
*Excellent organisation and caseload management skills
*Strong attention to detail and client communication
*The ability to work independently
*A professional, friendly and proactive approach
For the permanent position, candidates must be qualified. For locum opportunities, applications are welcomed from CILEX, CLC and experienced fee-earning paralegals who can independently run files.
