Duties of a Service Advisor:
*Greeting customers and providing expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs

*Managing customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
*Maintaining accurate records of service history and customer interactions
*Ensuring high levels of customer communication and professionalism at all times
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
