Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Paraplanning Manager to join a Wealth Management firm.
Our client is a well renowned Wealth Management firm who specialises in independent advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning, protection and more. As their client base and adviser team continues to grow, they are looking for someone to head up the management of the paraplanning team across South Wales and the South West.
Duties:
• Lead, develop and coach the paraplanning team
• Conduct 121’s, provide training and support in growing the team
• Support in allocating workload across the team
• Ensure a high quality of work across the paraplanners
• Build and manage strong relationships with other heads of, and managers to ensure a smooth running business
Benefits:

Skills and experience required:
• Level 4 diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
