Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are pleased to be working with a well respected and expanding employee benefits consulting firm seeking to further expand their team with the addition of an ambitious and personable Employee Benefits Consultant / Employee Benefits Administrator.
Responsibilities:
*You will manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients, working alongside experienced Consultants.
*Be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle including renewals, reviews and mid-term adjustments.
*You will prepare client recommendations and supporting documents and assist with ongoing policy servicing.
*Candidates will be responsible for liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and communicating with clients to identify opportunities to introduce additional employee benefits solutions where required.
Experience:
*Candidates need to have some demonstrable employee benefits experience, ideally across healthcare and / or group risk.
*Ideally you will hold professional qualifications such as IF7, GR1, CII – however our client does provide full support to achieve these if not.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A positive approach, willingness to learn and a desire to progress.
In return candidates can expect to receive a competitive basic salary and a strong bonus of 15-20% plus a full suite of employee benefits.
