JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 1+
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: Circa £40-50,000

THE ROLE:
A firm in the East of the country is looking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive or someone with a similar background to work at the Norwich office. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. There is the opportunity for hybrid work, with three days in the office being desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to run a varied caseload with minimal supervision. They will also be experienced in dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as re-mortgages, buy-to-let etc. You should also be confident in developing relationships with estate agents and other third parties, providing good, practical advice to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from those who have at least 1 year of experience working within residential property and handling the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. The firm is also looking for someone who is qualified and advise on the broad remit of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds and leasehold and freehold matters. You will be a qualified Solicitor and Legal Executive with a strong track record in dealing with all types of residential property matters.
