£45,000 Basic + £65,000 OTE + Company Car
Hours: TBC | Weekend Work: TBC
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join an automotive business in Southend.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Aftersales Manager looking for their next career move, with a strong overall package and the opportunity to take ownership of an aftersales operation.
The RoleAs Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the aftersales department.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Leading and managing the aftersales team
*Driving workshop and service performance
*Monitoring KPIs and departmental performance
*Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
*Managing commercial and financial performance
*Developing and motivating team members
*Ensuring processes and standards are consistently followed
*Identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability
*Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
About YouWe’re looking for someone with:
*Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager
*Strong automotive aftersales experience
*Excellent leadership and people-management skills
*A strong understanding of workshop and service operations
*Commercial awareness and a target-driven approach
*Excellent customer service skills
*The ability to manage performance and drive results
*Strong communication and organisational skills
What’s on Offer? £45,000 Basic Salary
£65,000 OTE
