Due to continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Supervisor to play a key role in driving workshop performance and supporting the next phase of the company’s growth.
Workshop Supervisor responsibilities:
*Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities within the workshop.
*Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring parts, components, and consumables are available when required.
*Receiving, checking, organising, and storing incoming parts and equipment.
*Preparing and shipping parts, tooling, and equipment to Field Service Engineers working across the UK.
*Being hands-on within the workshop, assisting with repairs, servicing, preparation, assembly, and engineering work.
*Supporting Field Service Engineers with parts, technical equipment, and workshop requirements.
Ideally, you will have:
*Previous experience within an engineering, machinery, manufacturing, or technical workshop environment.
*Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading a workshop or engineering team.
*A practical, hands-on engineering background.
Salary up to £41,600, depending on experience, 25 days’ annual holiday, plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, Company sick pay, Life assurance
