Full job descriptionTrainee or Experienced Sales Negotiator required for established independent Letting Agency in the Watford area, with a superb reputation in the local area and great career prospects for the right candidate as they like to promote from within.
Our client is looking for an organised, and well-presented and driven sales negotiator to work in their established Watford office. They are an extremely busy office so you will be used to working under pressure and be able to multitask and organise your own workload daily.
You will ideally have at a year’s property sales experience but they would be willing to train for the right person with a transferable skill set. Your role will be to learn about the properties and show them to potential purchasers as well as deal with clients face to face and over the phone.
In return you will be working for a very respected firm with a friendly team and receive a starting salary of around £27,000 - £30,000.
The position is full time Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6pm with every other Saturday. As this role involves property visits you will need your own car and will get a mileage allowance for business use. A fantastic chance to work for a reputable agent.
