I’m working with a growing ServiceNow consultancy looking to appoint an experienced ServiceNow HR Architect to lead the design and architecture of HR Service Delivery solutions across large-scale enterprise programmes.
You’ll be responsible for defining how ServiceNow HRSD solutions are designed and implemented, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable and aligned with wider business and HR objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, platform teams and delivery resources, you’ll provide architectural leadership throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing business requirements with technical design, whilst remaining close enough to delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
*Leading architecture and solution design for ServiceNow HRSD implementations
*Designing solutions across HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events
*Working with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical platform solutions
*Defining architecture standards, design principles and platform governance
*Producing and reviewing high-level and detailed solution designs
*Providing guidance on integrations, security, data structures and overall platform design
*Supporting delivery teams throughout implementation and deployment activities
*Reviewing configuration approaches and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practice
*Working with HR technology teams and third-party systems to design integration solutions
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and workflow design
*Providing architectural oversight across multiple workstreams and initiatives
*Contributing to the ongoing development of ServiceNow capabilities, architecture standards and platform roadmaps
What we’re looking for
You’ll likely be operating as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, Lead Consultant or Senior HRSD Specialist, with experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD solutions within large or complex organisations.
We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
*Strong ServiceNow HRSD architecture experience
*Experience across multiple ServiceNow implementations or enhancement programmes
*Knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and Knowledge Management
*Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent systems
*Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practice
*Experience producing architecture documentation and solution designs
*Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*The ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery
*A collaborative approach to working with delivery, product and platform teams
*Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-HRSD, CAD or CTA would be beneficial.
The opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a growing ServiceNow capability working on large-scale HR transformation and platform initiatives.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence architecture standards, work with experienced ServiceNow professionals and play a key role in the continued development of HRSD capabilities.
The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on involvement in solution design and delivery, giving you the opportunity to see solutions through from initial discovery and design to implementation and continual improvement.
Package
Up to £105,000 + bonus and extensive benefits, depending on experience.
The role is hybrid, with flexibility around home working and occasional travel where required.
If you’re a ServiceNow HR Architect looking for an opportunity to take ownership of solution design and architecture within a complex ServiceNow environment, I’d be keen to speak.
