Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, an award-winning manufacturer renowned for quality, innovation and exceptional customer service, is growing and looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to join their busy and friendly team.
As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar environment and be physically fit as there will be heavy lifting and carrying of products.

Shift Pattern: 7:00 to 15:30 or 10:30 to 19:00.

Duties include
*Ensure the accurate and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
*Stock counts, and also checking for damaged or missing items
*Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
*Responsible for storing goods appropriately
*Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained, updated regularly, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
*Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
*Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
*Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
Skills/Experience
*Experienced in Forklift driving
*Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
*A positive, can-do attitude with strong timekeeping and organizational skills.
*Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
*A team player who can also work independently when needed.
