Job Description:
Full job description Love turning raw footage into content that makes people stop scrolling? Looking for a varied agency role where you can bring your own ideas to the edit? Ready to help shape a growing team’s video offering?
This is a rare role to join a dynamic full-service digital marketing agency in Bristol and work in their award winning production department. With a varied client base and a collaborative creative team, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across different brands, exploring ideas and seeing their work become part of wider digital campaigns.
The Role You’ll edit video content for social media, websites and integrated marketing campaigns, turning footage into clear, engaging stories that connect with each client’s audience.
Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you’ll help shape the visual style and storytelling behind the content. From finding the right pace to selecting the moments that bring a story together, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to put your creativity into practice.
You’ll manage multiple editing projects from brief through to final delivery, responding to feedback, keeping assets organised and ensuring every piece feels consistent with the client’s brand. There’s also scope to contribute ideas to the agency’s video offering as the business grows, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved and helping develop a creative function.
Skills and Experience *Proven video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and storytelling skills.
*Confidence using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
*A strong understanding of pacing, visual flow and what makes video content engaging.
*An eye for detail and the ability to adapt your editing style to different brands, audiences and briefs.
*A collaborative approach, with confidence sharing ideas and responding to feedback.
*Good organisational skills and the ability to manage video assets, multiple projects and deadlines.
*A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for helping develop the agency’s video offering.
Benefits You’ll receive a competitive salary (£35,000 - £42,500) based on experience and join a collaborative, supportive team where you can contribute ideas and have a real say in the work you create. Offering ongoing training and professional development, flexible working arrangements and long-term progression opportunities, including the potential to help build and lead a video editing team as the business grows.
