We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a vibrant inner-city secondary school in Leeds. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible and running through to Christmas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, including teaching GCSE classes. The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire students, raise attainment, and create a positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
The Role:*Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
*Delivering high-quality GCSE Science lessons.
*Planning, preparing and assessing student work.
*Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
*Contributing positively to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate:*Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*Has experience teaching Science at secondary level.
*Confident delivering lessons up to GCSE standard.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Passionate about engaging and motivating young people.
*Able to commit to a full-time role until Christmas.
