*45hrs per week across a 7 day soft working pattern

*Enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences.

*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Have previous customer-facing experience, ideally within automotive, retail, hospitality, or a premium customer service environment.

*Are confident presenting products and demonstrating features in an engaging way.

*Have a proactive, positive, and professional approach.

*Are quick to learn technical information and able to explain it clearly to customers.

*Hold the right to work in the UK.

*Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.

As a STAR Expert, you will:*Welcome customers and support them throughout their showroom journey.

*Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the latest Mercedes-Benz technology and features.

*Act as a product specialist, keeping up to date with new models, innovations, and industry developments.

*Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to handover.

*Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up support.

*Support dealership events, product launches, and marketing activities that promote the Mercedes-Benz brand.
