Full job descriptionSenior Project Procurement Specialist | East of England | £Competitive
I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join a major UK organisation operating within critical infrastructure.
This is a role for someone who has genuinely operated within high-value, complex projects and understands the additional challenges that come with working in a highly regulated and governed environment.
You’ll be involved in significant project procurement activity, developing procurement strategies, managing tender processes, negotiating with suppliers and working closely with senior commercial and project stakeholders.
High-value project procurement
Major infrastructure / construction projects
Strategic procurement & commercial decision-making
Complex stakeholder management
Highly regulated environment
Supplier selection & negotiation
NEC experience highly desirable
Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) experience highly desirable
I’m particularly interested in speaking with procurement professionals who can demonstrate what they’ve actually delivered on major projects, rather than simply having project procurement on their CV.

Senior Buyer / Senior Project Buyer
Project Procurement Manager
Senior Procurement Manager
Procurement Manager - Projects
Strategic Procurement Manager
Senior Category Manager
Commercial / Procurement Lead
Experience within infrastructure, utilities, construction, engineering or another heavily regulated sector would be particularly relevant.
